Objective
This course is an introduction to the heavy, the fast, and the high. Paired with the Multi-crew cooperation course, this is the ideal preparation for an initial type rating on a corporate or large transportation jet.
The Jet Transition Course covers major topics such as turbine engines and subsystems, jet aircraft systems, high-speed aerodynamics, control and operating envelopes, performance, standards and recommended practices.
The course motivates pilots to continue their learning beyond the classroom to the cockpits of the world’s most advanced aircraft.
